Photo Notification - Request denied by service delegate

Does anyone know what this notification means? I use a photo widget app on my phone but I don’t know if this is related. Should I be worried or could it just be the photo widget?

exposure notifications i have reviewed other responses and have looked into recommendations mentioned, like location services needing to be on and bluetooth is on as well ... and still the top two lines in the exposure notifications says unable to check possible exposure and exposure logging status says inactive but i have turned everything on that it says to do? what am i missing? please help🙏
