Hi, smarbre.
Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities.
We understand that you’re wanting to restore the Wallet app on your iPhone, but when you search for it in the App Store it gives you the option to OPEN instead of download. The good news is that this is an indicator that it’s already on your device. When you open it form here, do you have to set up your accounts again? If you don’t, this is another indicator that it’s saved somewhere on your iPhone.
Let’s see if we can find it! First, if you haven’t already, restart your iPhone. Sometimes a simple restart is all it takes.
If restarting doesn’t reveal your Wallet app, do a search for it following these instructions: Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If you see the Wallet app at the top, it’s on your iPhone somewhere. If it’s hidden in a folder, you should see the name of the folder in fine print to the right. If you don’t see it on a Home screen and there isn’t a folder named (and you’ve updated to iOS 14) check to see if it’s in the App Library.
If you find it in the App Library and you want it on your Home screen, you can touch and hold the app to send it back to the Home screen.
Best Regards!
