How to Restrict Apple News + in Shared Family Apple One?

Hi... we have Apple One shared with a family, but we don't want our kids spending hours and hours surfing magazines and the news everyday.

How can we set limits on our kid's devices through their SCREEN TIME settings - specifically for Apple News +? We have 'screen time restrictions' already set up for their other ios apps.

Thank you!

Hello 0perationw0rld,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!

We understand from your post that you would like to block access to News+ on your children's devices using Screen Time. You can prevent the News app from being accessed by sliding the switch under Settings > Screen Time > [Child's Name] > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Content & Privacy Restrictions > slide switch to on position if it is not already. Then tap Allowed Apps and slide the switch for News to the off position.
