I made a payment on my card, but it has not cleared my bank account.

I made an extra payment on my apple card, but it has not cleared my bank account. It shows up on my apple card transactions, but not on my bank account. Calling Apple, I go between Goldman Sachs and Apple Support about who can and cannot see what I have done. I am concerned that they have taken money from a different account and not my banks. How do I contact the right department who can help. Apple Support and Goldman Sachs do not communicate with each other, and I keep being tossed between the two.
