iPhone upgrade plan

So if you’re in the UK. You may be aware that we are commencing lockdown 2 from Thursday 5th. How will we be able to purchase the iPhone 12 pro max on the upgrade plan as we won’t be aloud to go into stores?

Are you already in the program or just now joining it? And no, you can join the upgrade program online, you don't have to do so in the store. And you have never been able to preorder at an Apple Store, that has to be done online.

I was but laid out of it a few weeks ago as my phone was unfortunately stolen. I’ve just done a trial run through checkout with an iPhone 12 pro and there is no option for the iPhone upgrade programme? Just Barclays 24 month finance and full payment.

If you were already in it that is what is causing your problem. You need to call the Apple Online Store and straighten it out.

Usually yes but to apply for the upgrade programme Apple are saying that I need to reserve a phone on pre-order day ready for launch day. But the stores will be closed on the 13th. If you want to join the iPhone upgrade programme, you can only do it in store. Any other financing you can do it online and have it shipped like you said.
