I can't subscribe to Apple One. Cannot Connect

When I go to Settings>iCloud> Subscriptions I don't get the option for Apple One. This happens both with my personal and with my work phone. Both are updated to the latest iOS 14.

I have also tried the "Try it free" link from apple.com and a window pops up saying "Cannot connect [Retry]".

I have restarted, signed out and in of iCloud and doesn't work. In my wife's devices I do get the option, even though I am the "Organizer" of the Apple account. I could do it that way, but that's not the problem, I want for it to work from my account.

Cannot connect.... I have a storage plan 200gb but when I try to see what options I could get with apple one and than change my subscription to Apple one I always get Cannot Connect. saw some other threads about this problem and there the reply was that the bug was solved... but it clearly isn't. running macOS Big Sur 11.1 (20c69) living in Belgium. used the link on the BE site, used the link you provided in the thread above, tried reloading, tried it using the storage plan in my system prefs... all give Cannot connect...

Hello Axl35,

We understand you're wanting to subscribe to Apple One but you're not receiving this option on your device. We'd like to assist you with this.

If you're unable to Get Apple One using these steps.

You can use the following link directly from the Safari app on your iPhone: Update to the latest iOS or iPadOS to get Apple One

We hope this helps.
