Revert your Mac to a previous macOS version
Catalina no longer supports 32 bit code. The last version of macOS that did is Mojave.
Have at it.

You would still have to purchase apps that will work with Windows as the Mac apps won't.
What apps are you concerned about? There are alternatives and updates for many apps.
If you have Time Machine running and have a backup of your previous system before Catalina you can go back to it by following the instructions in the link that ikrupp provided.

You should understand what you plan do do before doing so. We users don't care if you go to Windows but you should read a little about 32 bit Windows before doing so.
No.
I found out there is a way You Have to download macos Mojave
(if i can't i might just switch to Windows)
Well, that would certainly save you from having to purchase new, updated software…oh, wait

As of May 2020 update, Windows 10 will no longer be available
as 32 bit and will be a 64 bit only operating system.
