safari history deleted! how to recover..mac os high sierra

hi, i've deleted by mistake my history from safari. not all of it but a day that was important to me. how can i restore this day's history? i have never used time machine..another way i read is from the go button on finder but i don't think i understand which is the go button on finder ,i can't see it.

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.13

The problem is downloading and installing recovery software could overwrite the files you want to recover. If you've been running your Mac since you deleted the files they could already be written over. As far as a recommendation, I've never used one.
