when i download the find my phone app the IFinder app appears

Are you attempting to download the app from the Apple App Store? If so, we recommend checking out the section "Restore a built-in app that you removed" from the article here: Remove built-in Apple apps from the Home screen on your iOS device or Apple Watch

That’s because there is no “find my Phone” app. The app is called Find My, and unless you deleted the app it is still on your phone.
