the Find My app is not showing on my iPhone X
trying to set up Find My from the App Store, I see the green digit but it doesn't ask me to download it. Someone told me to download it; I click on open but I do not see the app on my iPhone X

The Find My app is probably already on your phone, but hidden.
1) Swipe down from the middle of the Home screen to open the search screen
2) Type Find My. It should then show up
3) Tap it and it should open
4) See this to rearrange your Home screen so that the Find My app will be on it:
