I need to delete and reinstall a wi-fi profile in iOS 14 to reset my password on the network, but the screen does not give me the option to "Forget this network" (Image Attached). Any ideas for how to delete the profile? Thanks!

You have not joined that network. It is appearing because it is available to join. Since you have not joined, you cannot forget that network.

You can’t forget that network because you are not connected to it, and if you ever were you already “forgot” it. The evidence is “Join this network”. If you join it you can then forget it.
There is no "profile" for a WiFi connection. You can't forget that network because you haven't joined it.
