Apple ID
I just reset my sons phone to factory to change his restrictions code, but the code is the same. So I want to put his apps back on ;the phone and I cannot click on his Apple ID, iCloud. Please advise.

Did you restore a backup after the reset? If you restored a backup, you restored the restrictions code. You have to restore to factory setting, but not restore a backup made while the code was on the phone.
