is there a way i can reset my disabled iphone from icloud?
I forgot my iphone password but remember the icloud info on it. iTunes isn't working, is there another way to reset it?

You will need a computer to get that passcode reset. The computer can be a Mac or a PC with iTunes. There is no other way that I know of. You can reset your passcode by following the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ How to reset your passcode on a disabled iPhone. You will need a computer for this task and all your data on your iPhone will be wiped clean in the process.
