I know password for my Disabled iPhone help me get in ..

hey I know password for my Disabled iPhone but now .. I can't get in because someone attempted to put wrong password again and again ... I know my password though ... I know iCloud can erase my phone and I can get in..but I don't wanna lose my data .. I have a lot of memories in there 😕 I don't wanna lose them ... screen just displays iPhone is disabled connect to iTunes.... and I never backedup my device before so is it possible to get in without losing my memories
