Iphone Disabled - Connect to itunes

How can I unlock this phone I purchased? It's not stolen. It's paid for but the wrong password was entered over 10 times.

You will need to restore the device using a computer. The process will erase the device. Later you can restore your data from a recent back-up. Instructions here…

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPhone requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.

If you encounter the activation lock afterwards, contact the seller.
