Disabled iphone

I have a disabled iPhone 11 I need opened and iTunes is not working even though it’s current. I do not know the password. I do not want to reset it to factory settings. Help.

You have to reset it, it's the only way.

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled -

You will need to restore the device using a computer. The process will erase the device. Later you can restore your data from a recent back-up. Instructions here…
