apple AirPod Pro- is there a smaller body size? The tips are fine, the huge hard plastic case is too big!!!!

I have small ears and TMJ. In order to insert the AirPods Pro, which I bought because apple earbuds are too big for my ears, the body still distorts and stretches the cup of my ear painfully. I already have the small tips on, the tip is not the issue. I tried them out, but I am zooming about 7-10 hours a day, and after 4 hours, I was in agony. All the feedback about sizes addresses the tips, and seems to assume everyone has huge ears with different size ear canals. I guess it's back to Bose, which has apple connectivity issues.

Is there any any bluetooth device that can pair with all 3 of my apple devices seamlessly, works in zoom, with noise cancellation, that works for small ears? I actually prefer ones on wires, or a torque is even better, as they get less tangled and don't fall off.

At this point, I'm desperate and disappointed. I need a headset that is effective and durable with 10-15 hours of battery life, and nothing seems to work well with my apple products and me. Apple seems to continue to make Bad design choices for anyone who's not a normie.
