how to downgrade to ios 13.7?

Hi, currently have IOS 13.7 on my iPhone 11 pro max. I have updated to IOS 14.2 on my iPhone SE to see how it is and test it but now, I want to revert back to IOS 13. How do I transfer my backup from iPhone 11 to iPhone SE and make it back to IOS 13.7?

I no longer want to use IOS 14 on my SE as there's some apps that's no longer compatible and buggy on IOS 14 and no longer supported by developers. I have tried to restore the SE from my iphone 11 backup but it only restored the apps, it still stayed on IOS 14.2. How do I force it to downgrade to IOS 13.7 when it is no longer signed by Apple?

Why is Apple forcing us to stay on IOS 14? It used to be that we have choices to downgrade or upgrade, now it's forcing me to stick to the upgrade. Starting to be frustrated with Apple products.

May I ask what kind of security exploits are in IOS 13.7? I feel that upgrading isn't very important for ios 14 because some of my apps are not compatible and no longer supported. I've noticed in the recent years, IOS is very buggy when updating so when I find a stable OS, it's better to wait it out. Also some features aren't even available to other countries like fitness+ or translating app is limited to only a few languages, still no apple pay for my country, so not really a good update.

If this is your primary iPhone and has banking info, credit cards etc. I would strongly advise taking chance with 'possible" battery issues (not that I have seen this) over major security issues. No one is saying you have to update, I personally advise it.

I have iOS 10 devices (iPad and iPhone) and iPhone X w/ 13.1 and iPod w/ 13 on them but they are not my primary devices, they stay offline and used only for games and jail breaking etc. I would never use them for my primary devices linked to my accounts.

It's what the device is used for and how much security you require. The choice is yours. Believe what you want to believe.
