how to downgrade to ios 13.7?

Hi, currently have IOS 13.7 on my iPhone 11 pro max. I have updated to IOS 14.2 on my iPhone SE to see how it is and test it but now, I want to revert back to IOS 13. How do I transfer my backup from iPhone 11 to iPhone SE and make it back to IOS 13.7?

I no longer want to use IOS 14 on my SE as there's some apps that's no longer compatible and buggy on IOS 14 and no longer supported by developers. I have tried to restore the SE from my iphone 11 backup but it only restored the apps, it still stayed on IOS 14.2. How do I force it to downgrade to IOS 13.7 when it is no longer signed by Apple?

Why is Apple forcing us to stay on IOS 14? It used to be that we have choices to downgrade or upgrade, now it's forcing me to stick to the upgrade. Starting to be frustrated with Apple products.

iOS 14.2 is beta software and issues need to be reported using the feedback app that is part of the beta program. A backup for pre-beta software is a different story, and I just noticed that you mentioned iOS 14.2, and I know kb1951 well enough to know that had they seen it, you would be getting the same advice. See this if you wish to remove the beta software and return to the latest public release, iOS 14.1. You will not be able to downgrade to ios 13.7. Your backup does not contain the iOS, just your data. How to uninstall iOS beta software - Apple Support

You will need to remove the profile, then restore the iPhone to factory to load the public release. Then you can use your archived backup to restore. Other than with beta, downgrading of iOS is not supported.

iOS 14.2 is not terrible. Granted lots of annoyances I don't like (stupid new widgets, popups when you connect blue tooth, Siri being transparent etc.) but overall much faster performance on my iPhone Xs and Xs MAX. No battery drain. You can get most of the iOS 13 settings back https://ios.gadgethacks.com/how-to/10-most-annoying-features-ios-14-you-can-fix-them-0343650/

Only reason I updated was security and only reason I advise people to do so. Better features is faster performance and I didn;t notice any battery drain.
