Copy - Paste an email to Pages or Word
Could I copy and paste an email into Pages or Word or other word processor ?
that should include the address part too.

In Mail, click on the message to select it.
Go to the menu File > Save As . . . and choose the Format Rich Text and save the document.
Either open that file you just created in Word or Pages, or open it in Text Edit, select all the text and copy it, move to the document you want to use and paste there.
