Hey there DrRed-e

We understand you're having issues with the lock sound on your iPhone 12 Pro after putting the Silicone Case with MagSafe on the device, and we'd be happy to help.

To get started, have you had a chance to update to iOS 14.2 that was released recently? If not, let's start there with the steps in the following resource, and let us know if that helps: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Take care!

Joseph - The 14.2 update doesn’t fix this issue.

If you reset the phone the lock sound goes back to normal. However, as soon as you remove them case and then reinstall it, the weird sound comes back. Or if you’re using the MagSafe charger, if you put the charger on the phone the weird sound appears. But again, if you remove the charger, the sound doesn’t go back to normal.
