hp officejet 4500 won't print from iphotos even after software update
hp officejet 4500 won't print Photos. earlier in week downloaded hp software update.
seems to print fine in other applications.
iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.15

So the official driver from HP supports 10.14
you have 10.15 in your signature
there are several websites that claim to have drivers for this printer, dont use any of those links unless they end .hp.com
what application are you trying to print the photos from? is it an app that's included in the installer or are you using something like; preview, photoshop, or from a web page?

when I navigated back to the HP page from this link it had a alert about printing issues and "pawned it off" to Apple
