You cannot buy more storage for an iPhone. The memory on your phone was fixed at purchase and cannot be increased. You can buy more iCloud storage for syncing data with the cloud, but that will NOT increase the memory on your phone. If you are out of space on your phone, you'll have to delete things you don't need or use. You can offload apps, photos, videos, mail, texts, files, etc.
