Personal Hotspot option is not visible on iPhone 11 running with version 14.1.
I have tried all options like reset network settings, creating APN and username but no luck.
Same SIM is working on other non Apple divide with personal hotspot.
can someone suggest if any to resolve this issue.

HotSpot is a carrier provided feature. You need to contact your cellular provider to ensure the feature is one they offer and the cellular plan you pay for includes the option.
Ask your carrier for help.
They allow the hotspot.

If I use same SIM card in non Apple devices, personal Hotspot option is visible and working as expected.
