No color

Everything on my phone is black and white. How do I bring back color?

This sounds like something in the Accessibility settings related to color (for visually-impaired users)

Check Settings -> Accessibility -> Display and Text Sizes and see if anything there helps (I'm thinking most likely Color Filters -> Greyscale, but there may be others).
