Is Playstation 5 dualsense controller compatible with iOS 14.1?
The PS4 dualshock 4 pairs with bluetooth fine, but PS5 dualsense does not show up under bluetooth / my devices or pairs up.
I use PS5 dualsense for mobile gaming on my iphone Xs, I also tried to go through "PS Remote Play" app and no luck there either.
Any suggestion.

you cant use your DS5 until the iOS update 14.5 released.
but you can try the 14.5 public beta its free, and my DS5 working perfectly.

According to the report from Apple, in iOS 14.3 the dual sense controller will be supported. For those of you who are impatient and can’t wait for 14.3 to drop officially then 14.3 came out on November 12
So an update this morning. I've installed the regular public rollout (not beta) version of IOS 14.3 on my iPhone 12. Surprise surprise, it still doesn't support PS5 controller compatibility. The remote still does not appear in bluetooth settings when in pairing mode. So IOS 14.3 still doesn't seem to support the PS5 DualSense controller.
*The remote is also running the latest PS5 firmware which was released a few days ago.
The DualSense is only compatible with android right now. Sony said that they will soon release a firmware update for the controllers that will add iOS compatibility. The DualShock 4 is compatible with both platforms though.
Apple's site still simply says "Microsoft and Apple are working together to bring compatibility for the Xbox Series X controller to customers in a future update."
There is mention of the PS5 whatsoever.
Try going to settings>accessibility>switch control>switches>bluetooth devices then try and pair it through that menu. It might work let us know if anyone tries.
Still not compatible to this day🤦🏻♂️ I was on the phone with one of the reps and they said they could do anything really. Crazy cuz we couldn’t even use it for Christmas now New Years?? 😡

iOS 14.5 beta 1 working?
I’m having the same issue, I’m not sure if it’s a issue or apple hasn’t released support for it but as of now, it’s still not connecting or even appearing in the Bluetooth list but does appear on android devices
I bought the ps5 controller for the same reason. Unfortunately, it’s no go. Not connecting and ps4 deeps disconnecting 😏. Now we wait for Apple. ⏳

K. Yeah I tired on different apple devices such as iPhone 12, 11 with iOS 14.1 running. Unfortunately, still no luck. Currently using PS4 controller but that also has it issues. It keeps disconnecting and I have to reconnect middle of a game.
I tried with the PS5 controller and no luck. Same issues as @silenthrope7. Connects for a spit section and then disconnects it, but I saves the connection.
This can be numerous thinks. It would be Apple, Song, etc.
I someone from apple support can jump on this thread and tell us if apple is supporting this new ps5 controller or not.

iPadOS 14.2: Not discoverable via bluetooth.
iPadOS 14.2: Lighting to USB C connection doesn't work.
