Hi all! I need an advice about macOS that mention
cannot download macOS High Sierra into hard disk because it said " THIS DISK IS UESD FOR TIME MACHINE BACKUPS" Could it mean I need to reformat the hard disk again? lastime I use time machine to back up using this hard disk before.

Have you gone to Sys Prefs<Time Machine & removed that drive?
Is it in fact used for TM?

Yes that my new SSD hard disk only 1.
Recently using it for the first with time machine for backup file.
I thing i havent go to sys prefs >time machine remove that drive.
If it has been reformatted for time machine backups, then reformat the drive back to its original state. You should always use an external drive or iCloud to backup your computer, never use the built-in hard drive to do this.
