Apple watch series 4 battery drain

Ladies and gents, I have a series 4 apple watch (no cellular) that has a big problem with the battery. In the best case scenario I get 13 hours, coming back home with less than 10% battery after a day of just wearing the watch. I don't abuse it with streaming or training. I tried every thing, disabling a lot of functions, unpair- re pair, pair as new watch- even recalibrating the battery. No result unless I put it on power reserve- which reduces the mighty power of it to just a fancy looking but inept watch. I have it paired with a 8 plus. I have to mention my watch has 100% battery health. Any new ideas or updates I might missed or I can just trash the thing?
