As Ian says, go to the app store and see if you can obtain the apps from there.
Because you are running El Capitan, an older operating system, you will not be able to get the latest version of iMovie and possibly some of the other apps that you mention. However, try the procedure below and see if you can get the most current version that your Mac will run:
To update/redownload iMovie 10 and other apps, drag your iMovie 10 and other apps from the Applications folder into the trash, but do not empty the trash. (You can skip that step for apps that you previously had on your computer before,
but perhaps deleted them.) Sign in to the app store and open your purchases folder by clicking on your name at the bottom of the app store side bar. (NOTE: For El Capitan and older, click on the Purchases tab at the top of the app store screen and then sign in. Click on Purchases again to reveal your purchases.) You will see your purchases displayed, including iMovie 10. Redownload/update iMovie and the other apps from there. If not successful, drag your present iMovie app and any other apps out of the trash (if you moved them there) and return them to the Applications folder.
