Airpods Pro noise cancelling doesn't work after update to firmware 3A283

While the new 3A283 firmware update brought cool new features such as Spatial Audio to Airpods Pro it also killed the ANC to a point where it's almost non existing. It worked flawless before and I was able to block everything out when sitting at the office and needed to turn it of to have a conversation, now I can hear what people around me are saying even when listening to music with ANC on.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issues?
