My AirPods Pro is unable to play music, pause and switch between noise cancellation

hai there，i found that my AirPods Pro was unable to play music, pause, switch between noise cancellation when I press or tap my AirPods pro! Please advise! Thanks.

Note: sometimes the controls are a little sensitive so you might have to experiment to get it just right.
