Can't hear through earphones in Zoom calls in iPad

Hello! When I am calling on zoom by iPad using headphones, my colleagues cannot hear me. But when I switch in iPhone with the same headphones, it’s all ok. It’s so weird.. Is it a problem in headphones or in iPad?

Phone call audio problem! I can only hear someone on the other side of the phone when I put them on speakerphone - the person on the other side of the phone can hear me regardless, and I know there isn't a problem with the ear speaker itself because it still works if I watch a video etc. What's going on here? This issue only occurs when I'm on the phone with someone.

Apple wired headphones won’t work on phone calls My wired Apple headphones won’t work with phone calls. I can hear YouTube through them but not phone calls. Any ideas?

Check the charging port on the iPad for lint or other debris and see this:

If your headphones don‘t work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
