How I return app photo from deleted

It sounds as though you're asking how to recover a deleted photo in the Photos application, is that correct? If so, you can go in to the Albums folder in Photos, scroll down the page, and tap on Recently Deleted. Once there, tap on the photo or photos you're wanting to recover, then tap recover.
