"iphone data" folder, can I delete it?

Hello everyone,

I'm cleaning my pc (windows 10) from useless heavy files. I fell into this folder, in the path:

< C:\Users\Utente\Iphone data >. It contains 3 folders from 2016 and I don't know exactly what they contain since the file type simply calls them "file".

All these files are also 4 years old, so I don't think they can be useful now ( I had a different Iphone back then).

Since this "Iphone data" folder is 19 GB heavy, I'd like to know if I can delete it or not. And also why.
