I can barely here Siri when I say "Hey Siri"...my volume level is up, is there another setting?

I'm on an iPhone 11. She works fine on my iPad.

iPhone 11, iOS 14

I solved this by:

saying Hey Siri, I can't hear you ...and she says, Ok I'll speak louder. And all is fine now.
