iPhone update and Bluetooth compatibility

My iPhone 7 automatically upgraded to the latest IOS on Sunday and since the I’ve lost functionality with my Widex Comdex. This is my assistant Bluetooth device (I am hearing impaired) and it means that I can’t listen to apps like Spotify/Netflix/Voice notes.

It is connected and does work for calls. Does anyone know who to ask for support/ who I can raise this with?

Problem with Bluetooth after iOS 13.5.1 upgrade I upgraded my iPhone 8 to iOS 13.5.1 this morning. Since the upgrade, I am able to connect my bluetooth devices (airpods, Jabra headset), but they only work for phone calls. iPhone 12 Mini 5G & Bluetooth issues After the latest update, iOS 14.4, I still continue to have Bluetooth & 5G issues with my iPhone 12 mini. So far, 5G web results have been subpar to 4G LTE. It’s almost a waste of time to use 5G. My Bluetooth issues with older Bluetooth devices continue to be a problem with connecting then disconnecting, static or “crackle” sound during the audio, constantly trying to hardware handshake during audio transfer or just not working at all. Yes, I’ve done every step in the Apple play book. I’ve reinstalled everything multiple times with no change.
