Siri doesn't read messages in Hebrew

Hi All

Ever since iOS 14 (and now 14.2) Siri has stopped reading messages (SMS and WhatsApp) when asked to.

I thought it was carplay related but no. This happens also when simply asking Siri to read messages or read WhatsApp messages. It will say out loud "there is a new message from xyz" and then immediately ask "do you want to reply?".

If the message is in English and Siri is set to English - it reads messages out loud correctly. Switch it to Hebrew and it fails.

I have tried all solutions out there but nothing seems to work.

Just a quick note - I saw in different places that I should set the "announce messages with Siri" to ON but this option is GONE from my iPhone.

Any ideas?
