iPhone not working

I have a iPhone XR and recently the lower part of my phone stops working. I can barely type on the phone. And I can barely close apps by swiping. Can someone please help me?

Follow the previous answer to force restart the device. If the lower portion of the screen remains unresponsive then you may have display issues which require hardware service.
