icloud problem

My next backup size is showing 6gb to backup even when i have just my contacts to backup i even deleted previous backups and now my icloud is empty but its showing 6gb of next backup size

Is there anything residual you need to delete in Settings > General > iPhone storage?

It'll reduce the backup size.

Already did it every app is turned off just contacts are on still it shows 6.43 gb for next backup size

Go to the following and make sure the appropriate apps are turned off --

Settings > Name > iCloud > Apps Using iCloud > turn off what needs to be turned off.
Settings > Name > iCloud > Manage iCloud Storage > Backups > choose device you're on > turn off apps on next screen.
