Apple upgrade programme

I’m on the apple upgrade programme and waited a long time to be told that I can’t upgrade as we are in lockdown we can do click and collect of the phone they knew we was going into lockdown so why haven’t anything been done and why don’t they do what Samsung do and do it online it’s not hard to do but clearly it’s hard for apple I want the iPhone 12 pro Max and I’m not waiting another month for it it’s a joke and all I got was to buy myself out of the upgrade programme and then trade in the phone and finance a phone what do I pay for every month to apple clearly it’s nothing as there not response from apple about this do it on online and let us pick up from the stores as they are allowed to do click and collect clearly apple doesn’t know about what can happen during lockdown V2 in the god dam UK
