emails to my @me address rejected by server

For some reason I can no longer receive emails to my @me address. When I send a test email I get a message saying the recipients address was rejected by the server. All my existing emails are showing in my inbox but when I click on them it prompts my to ‘download’ the email. When I try this, no content downloads, just the subject line etc.
