Does this cost in any way?

I have a new car. I may want to use apple car play, but I do not want the Sirius app. Will it work without Sirius and what are the costs?

There is no cost to use Apple Car Play. Sirius XM is a completely separate thing. Some dealerships include Sirius XM as a free trial but you do not need to pay for it if you don't want to use it. If they do offer a free trial then there is a cost once the trial is over.
