Pre order tracking number

I did not received any email or text message after the “preorder payment”(Iphone12pro) done by online . I couldn’t found any info via order summary as well . Please help.

No you have not made a payment, that is clearly labeled a PENDING transaction, in this case a pre-authorization. You will not be billed until your phone ships and you will get a tracking order at that time.

But when I ask call to call center , the call center staff told me the transaction rejected by the apple. And get back full refund ?

Did you order from the Apple Store? You said “‘preorder payment’ ... done online”. This does not sound like an Apple expression.

Yes . Order from Apple website . And I have make full payment for 2 IPhone 12 pro (256GB) with pending status however Still not received any invoice or email for the order number to let me keep track my product . Pls help .
