IPadOS 14.2 email is not populating the address field with the contacts listed under a group. This was working in iPadOS 14.1 and prior versions. I use this every day on my iPad. Does anyone know how to fix this or do I need to downgrade to 14.1
This has been fixed in iPadOS 14.3
My approach required me to have a Mac which I could use to restore my iPad to version 14.1. I followed the directions found on this web page. https://www.redmondpie.com/how-to-downgrade-ios-14.2-the-right-way-tutorial/
I downgraded to iPadOS 14.1 and the problem was resolved. I am also seeing this same problem on iOS 14.2 on my both my iPhone and my wife's iPhone.
How do I report this problem to Apple?
A couple days ago I was presented with the message that said something about support not being available.
I now get the following pop-up in Safari when I click on the Contact Support link. "Error lazy loading module: [undefined is not an object (evaluating 'e[t].call')]. See console error for more details."
The system.log in the console app shows the following:

Strange technical glitch. Could be transient, could be some setting or problem in your browser. I'm not getting it now.
You could try clicking it again or typing https://getsupport.apple.com into your browser directly.
I have the same error displayed in Safari on both my MacMini and iPad when I enter that link. I'm Running MacOS 10.15.7 (19H15) on a 2018 MacMini and iPadOS 14.1 on my 2018 iPadPro. I do not have the Apple Support app installed on the iPad so it is trying to load the web page in the browser on both the MacMini and iPad. I even tried restarting my MacMini, but the problem continued after the restart.
Since you are not seeing the problem when accessing the support link, I wonder if it has something to do with my account permissions.
Unfortunately there is no Mail option under iPadOS on the feedback page, so there appears to be no way to leave feedback regarding the Mail app, which I’ve now discovered three major problems under 14.2.

Why were you unable to contact Support?
I also have the same problem. How do you downgrade to OS 14.1?

Use the "Contact Support" link at the top right of this page to get live help with the problem, and ask them to report it once they have confirmed it by working with you.
Visit Product Feedback - Apple and describe the problem. Don't expect an answer, but your input will be logged and considered.

That's annoying. Even more annoying is that there is no catch-all (or other or general OS) category under iPadOS.
