After iOS 14.2 NO members in email distribution list

I have had the same problem, after update, in groups it shows ‘no members’ really annoying. I have done an online chat without any success in helping. Followed by a phone call to Apple two days ago, they were going to ring back............................not! Completely in denial there is a problem

I have exact same issue. As a clumsy workaround you can hit the blue + sign; select the group you want, then manually choose those folks from the group. It will highlight the members who have valid email addresses; so you can choose them. Hope they get it fixed.

I have the same problem same error message I had this happen once before when I upgraded to 13.0 I believe that a week later they sent out an upgrade to it and I got my list back I did call Apple and they are aware of it and they’re working on it

Since upgrading to 14.2 my iCloud group distribution lists show No Members on my iPhone - cannot send to my group distribution list

Many thanks for the reply and suggestion. I agree it would be nice to be able to get it to work like it was before the upgrade ?

another workaround is to switch to Android.

I’ve had same issue since loading up 14.2. FRUSTRATING. I live on my iPhone.

They have a new download to take care of the problem is 14.3 I just download it and my group emails work great
