Group email problem

Since the last software upgrade for the iPad I cannot send a group email. When I call up the group name, it says no members. Groups work fine from my iPhone and iMac. The problem is only with my iPad.

Hi Chuck,

thanks but that didn’t help. I have always been able to send a group email by choosing the group name. Since the last software update on the iPad that no longer works. When I choose the group name it comes up saying “no members”. In contacts the group exists and there is a long list of members.

I can send group emails from my iPhone12, my iMac and my laptop. They just won’t work on the iPad.

‘any more suggestions?

thanks for your help.

I was mistaken in my earlier post. I thought that my iPhone was on the latest software (14.2) but, on checking, found that it was still on 14.1. Having confirmed that the problem you and I are experiencing was NOT on my iPhone, I upgraded it to 14.2 and, lo and behold, it now showed the same problem. I can’t conclude anything but that 14.2 introduces a bug. i have a call booked to Apple Support tomorrow so, if they can fix it, I shall report back here.
