How long does it take for Apple to process orders?

I have pre-ordered Iphone 12 pro max at the exact time the store went live. After paying through net banking it throws an error. I have an email confirmation from my bank that I have paid money to Apple India PVTL. It's been a day now but I haven't received any mail from Apple regarding my order and I have tried contacting the sales team from Apple with no response from them yet.

We only users of Apple products, in USA Apple Community Forums, no Apple employees. So do not know about India Apple.
