Can I take my Verizon Apple Watch and use it on my aTT plan

It is the same Apple Watch, and as long as you own it outright, it should work.
HOWEVER, some carriers make it difficult to bring an Apple Watch from a different carrier, as they want the extra money they make from selling you the exact same Apple Watch.
