Payment Redirection to secure4.store sites not working

Hi, I am trying to complete an Apple purchase from Apple India site. The last step of the process is not working. After I complete check out, the link gets redirected to https://secure2.store.apple.com/in/shop/checkout/external_pay_auth and stops working at this site. I merely see a busy icon. I tried a different browser, different wifi, just with mobile 4g, guest user, existing apple user, different payment options. Nothing worked. It doesn't work for any of the secure sites - secure1, secure4 etc., Anyone has faced this ? A call with support team has resulted in same
