My rear camera turns black and my flash is not working

My rear camera turns black and my flash is not working. I tried several methods mentioned in some tutorials like resetting and power off and all which can be done from common issues. Not working at all. iPhone XR

iphone 13 pro max wide angle camera not working Hi! My wide angle camera seems to not be working properly. The phone hasn’t been dropped, hasn’t been anywhere near water - it suffered no damage. I tried to take some photos today and when I zoom below 1.0 (so when the wide angle camera kicks in), the photos turn out like this. Also, those vertical coloured lines show up while taking the pic. I have the most recent software update (16.2). Has anyone encountered this before?
